Dr. Kodali grew up in the Houston area. She received her B.A. from Yale University and her M.D. from Columbia University. She returned to Texas to complete her internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Dermatology at The University of Texas Southwestern. She is board-certified in Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Dallas Dermatological Society. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two young boys.

Rachael Jenkins is Dr. Kodali’s office manager. She has been in the medical field since 1997. She was born and raised in the Mid-Cities area where she now lives with her loving husband, three beautiful daughters and one adoring son. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors with her family, reading and working in her garden.

Ashley Potak is Dr. Kodali’s head nurse. She has been working in the field of Dermatology since 2006 and has been with Dr. Kodali since 2009. She was born and raised in the Mid-Cities area where she now lives with her wonderful husband and two daughters. In her free time she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

Tara Neal is Dr. Kodali's nurse. She has been in the medical field for six years. She was born and raised in Haltom City, where she now lives with her husband, two adorable sons and one beautiful daughter. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and watching her kids play sports.

Nikki Borek is Dr. Kodali’s receptionist. She was born in Houston and grew up in Grapevine. She now lives in the HEB area and is the proud mother of three beautiful children. In her free time she likes to watch movies, cook, being outdoors and being with her family.
